Some of our products have been produced in small quantities and are available in stock, can be delivered quickly to you. Excluding these in-stock products mentioned on the woocommerce-577148-1964515.cloudwaysapps.com site, your furniture is manufactured only for you and depending on the piece, it may require a maximum of 6 to 12 weeks of manufacture.
You can cancel your order, free of charge, by written communication sent to the email email@example.com, provided this is done before:

– shipment of the furniture from the distribution center if it is in stock
You will be refunded for your purchase within 14 days of confirming your order cancellation.
If your order has already been delivered, contact us within 14 calendar days (Sundays and holidays included) of delivery. You will be refunded on the basis of your order total with the exception of return costs (which vary depending on the item).
We make the items to order and have very little stock because we believe it is a more responsible way of managing furniture production. But we are doing everything we can to reduce your wait.
We work with different providers for the delivery.
In the Paris region, we use the L @ D transporter who will contact you within 72 hours to arrange an appointment according to your availability.
DHL is our service provider for all furniture shipments from the workshop in Portugal.
The delivery of space-saving products was entrusted to CTT and DPD.
You will be contacted either by phone or by email with a tracking number to track your package. If you still have not been contacted after 72 hours, please do not hesitate to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do the necessary with the carrier.
If you are not at home during the scheduled meeting, the carrier will contact you to reschedule the delivery, at your expense, i.e. the same amount as the delivery costs indicated on the woocommerce-577148-1964515.cloudwaysapps.com site.
When making an appointment with our service provider for delivery, you can directly ask the carrier for a change of address within the delivery area or contact us as soon as possible by email at email@example.com
When receiving your order, you must check the condition of your packages and your furniture in the presence of the deliverers. Always check the number and condition of the packages. Ideally, open your packages in front of the carrier. Any anomaly observed must be specified on the delivery note.
If the packaging is damaged, do not accept the package and write « refusal, damaged package ».
Without it, you will have no recourse. If you have noticed an anomaly and have indicated it in writing to the deliveryman, write to us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes, most of our furniture is delivered already assembled. In the case of the Rock desk, the feet are very easy to assemble to the top. Also, to facilitate transport, the Folk cabinet is delivered in two packages, the two parts must be assembled together. In both cases, we provide you with assembly instructions.
How can I be sure that the furniture will pass the door / stairs? All the dimensions of our items are indicated in each product sheet. Our furniture has all been designed with small depths of 40 cm maximum. With the packing box, the overall volume gains a maximum of 3 cm.
All you have to do is take the dimensions of your door as well as the stairs and / or the elevator to ensure that the delivery goes smoothly!
If the dimensions and characteristics of the item ordered make it impossible to transport it to your home and you still wish to maintain delivery of the items in question, the risks are your responsibility.

You pay by credit card via the Stripe payment solution, which is the benchmark for e-commerce payment.
Your bank card information is automatically encrypted and transmitted securely to your bank for authorization and verification. For security reasons, Kulile.fr does not keep your bank details, which is why they are requested again with each new order.
By paying by bank card, the payment is recorded as soon as you enter your bank card number, your account will be automatically debited between 1 to 4 days after the authorization given by your bank. In the event of a deferred debit, the amount will be debited according to the terms provided by your bank.
You have a period of 14 days (Sundays and holidays included) from receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. The product must be returned in its original packaging, not have been used and not have suffered even minimal deterioration.
We will not be able to process your return if the packaging or the product is damaged.
You will receive an email informing you of the good reception of your package as well as its treatment. You will be responsible for the return costs, except in the event of a defective delivery on our part.
For a refund, please allow two weeks from receipt of the product in our stock.
The special case of personalized furniture: Personalized furniture made to order cannot be returned since they were manufactured only for you. We are therefore unable to accept returns of personalized furniture. We will only be able to process your personalized product return if the packaging or the product is damaged.
What are the return and refund terms? The item must be returned in its original condition and within the 14-day withdrawal period (Sundays and holidays included). You will be fully refunded, less the cost of return and collection, once we have received the item. Allow a fortnight to be refunded to the payment card that initially paid for your order.
You have 14 days to inform us of your choice to return an item to us.
However, if you wish to return your order to us after the 14 day period has expired, we will not be able to take your item back. You must inform us of your decision to return your order within 14 days (Sundays and holidays included) of receipt. You will be fully refunded (minus the cost of return or collection), once we have received the item.
